The Celery Farm’s ‘Resident’ Night Heron
Almost every time I walk to the Warden's Watch and environs, I see a wonderful Black-crowned Night Heron that does not seem to mind people walking by, taking its picture or even watching it from a bench just a few yards away.
Peter Burger took this photo of my cool neighbor. Love that eye.
