Edith Wallace, co-author of "The Plants of the Celery Farm," walk leader and all-around amazing person, recently received an award from Rutgers Cooperative Extension.
She was recognized "for her outstanding contributions to the Rutgers Master Gardener program and
exemplary service to the New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station," writes The Glen Rock Gazette in its most recent issue.
"She has been a Master Gardener for 15 years, contributing over 4,000
volunteer hours."
