Nature Done Wright

From my window, saw this guy tossing leaves in the Celery Farm yesterday.

He and a buddy hung around long enough for me to get one decent shot.

I'm thinking it's a Rusty, not a Common Grackle, because of the short bill.

Any thoughts?
