Monday Morning Mystery 021516: Paris Edition

DSCN9376
On my recent top-secret mission to Paris, I was able to take a few bird photos with my miniature spy cam.

Can you I.D. any of these birds?

The CIA (Center for International Avians) would like to know.

I am pretty sure the gull is a winter Black-headed Gull, based on bill and leg color, and range. The corvid is tougher, Rook would be a possibility, but the bill shape in the silhouette looks more like Carrion Crow.

The one on the antenna is a Black Radio Jammer and the one on the statue is a Paris Pooper usually found decorating statuary.
