Don’t know–but I don’t like the way it’s staring at me with those 12V eyes! Remains of an old auto headlamp maybe?
Turn it over and it looks like the ghost of an old Celery Farm birder with his binoculars, trying to ID one more bird for his life list (or making his post-life list).
