Taken last year, but timeless.The mystery is why people refuse to read signs.
BTW, "No Parking on Sidewalk" is a law statewide.

The same reason that people litter or walk dogs where dog walking is prohibited. (Or don’t pick up their dog’s droppings where it is legal to walk dogs.) Or, go off the trail when signs clearly state keep on trail. I have other comments but have to keep it polite as this is a family blog! We just have to keep trying to get these folks aware of the natural world!!
