Where is this sign located? Who is Lillian Myer Thomas (aside from being a wonderful person)?

I think that sign is on the town property (don’t know street name),* the east side of which backs-up against
Route 17. It’s of small acreage but is totally “wild” , and is set aside as a Reserve in Lillian’s honor.
* Might be Prospect St.?? -
She is Stiles’ wife.
