MONDAY MORNING MYSTERY I
Seen in the Celery Farm, along Parnell’s Path.
I’ve always called this a buttonball, but I have my doubts.

This one’s up way past its bedtime (or blooming time). It usually flowers in July–especially the luxurient specimens at Warden’s Watch. I’ve been hanging out so much at Phair’s that I’m losing track of what’s happening around the “track.”
