Mandarin Duck News

FVirrazzi Mandarin duck in Central Park 1
It turns out that Central Park's famed Mandarin Duck was seen in Edgewater and North Bergen last month — the latter at a spot where another male Mandarin was seen in 2010.

I updated my column, which The Record had posted here, and The Record did its own story to boot — here.

    The column appeared on line last week at my request because I thought it was time-sensitive…
    When I then said it had been seen in NJ, The Record did a quick story and interviewed me…

    How come I didn’t see your article in Friday’s (hard copy) paper? When I clicked the link and saw the date, I checked the recyclables. Nothing!?
