Last Monday’s Mystery Solved

DSCN9456Last week I asked folks which bird this feather came from.

Rob Fanning and Patrick Carney had the correct answer: Wild Turkey feather.

(Congrats to Patrick and Rob, and a thank you to all who participated!)

Footnote: Turkey feathers were a Monday Morning mystery five years ago, when I found them in Greenbrook Sanctuary and noted: "We do get Wild Turkeys at the Celery Farm, but they are unusual."

How times change.
