I have a story in The Record today about a "Nature" special that airs on Sunday at 8 p.m. on Channel 13.
The documentary is called "Crash," and it is the story about the amazing symbiotic relationship between horseshoe crabs and migratory shorebirds called red knots.
That relationship — and the red knots themselves — are in serious jeopardy as a result of over-fishing for horseshoe crabs, an amazing species that is a biomedical wonder.
