The Meadowlands Marsh Hawks are competing in the World Series of Birding again next month — this time raising money to help  N.J. Audubon do Great Egret research in the Meadowlands.

In the past, the Marsh Hawks have raised money to plant a butterfly garden along Disposal Road, restore native plants at the Kingsland Overlook in DeKorte Park and Harrier Meadow, and erect a Purple Martin gourd complex in DeKorte Park.
