    I noticed last week that the Borough of Allendale is putting screens on its storn daron grates in an effort to keep plastic bottles and other large litter out of the stowrm sewers that drain into the Celery Farm.

  For all of us who have fshed innumerable bottles and cans out of the brooks and — in the case of heavy rains — Lake Appert, this is a positive development.
