Watched the Common Gallinule for almost an hour today, and it was there when I left.
Rochana spotted it first. A few other birders saw it as well.
Since I missed it in 2007, this was a Celery Farm life bird for me, No. 159. I am now only 86 behind Rob Fanning. Ouch.
Here are three photos, the first with no crop, then a bit tighter, than tighter still. Even with a 400mm lens, it was pretty far away.
