Franklin Turnpike Still Closed

As of lunch today (Tuesday), utility work was still continuing on the Franklin Turnpike, and the Celery Farm Parking Lot was closed. Warden's Watch no longer under water but I am guessing trails are muddy at best. Will post when I hear anything further…
