Female Pheasant or Female Turducken at CF

I am thinking female Ring-necked Pheasant, released and "uncountable."

Seen Saturday afternoon.

I enhanced and thoroughly reviewed your photo and compared it with my shot of the Turducken. Taking into consideration the plumage differences between adult males, females and juveniles of many species, left open the possibility that it could be a Turducken. Closer comparison of the two photos showed your photo lacking one the distinguishing features of a Turducken- no webbed feet. Therefore, I can unequivically conclude that it is not a true Turducken. Reviewing published guides, I agree with you that it appears to be a female pheasant. There is a remote possibility that it may be a hybrid Turducken, but in order to verify we would need DNA samples.
