    Enjoying Labor Day Weekend at Crestwood Lake was this immature Double-crestwood Cormorant, although he may have been a tad vexed by the "No Diving" sign.  

   What was particularly gratifying was that humans did not hassle the bird, who did not seem to mind sharing the swimming platform.
