Billy Kaselow was one of the leaders for the Meadowlands Festival of Birding's field trip to the Celery Farm today. He reports:

The field trip had some good birds, including Magnolia Warbler, Chestnut-Sided Warbler, Northern Parula, American Redstart, Black-and-White Warbler, Broad-winged Hawk, Osprey, Red-Tailed Hawk, Palm Warbler, Red-shouldered Hawk, Ovenbird, Wood Duck and Common Yellowthroat.

The best bird of the day, though, was an OLIVE-SIDED FLYCATCHER by the
butterly garden.
