Around 10 a.m. today, I went to Warden's Watch and on my way back to the main trail, I saw a large mink I dubbed Martha, who disappeared down the hole on the walkway coming to the bridge.
I then saw a birder who said he saw Martha taking on two muskrats in the water by Warden's Watch.

Bless Martha and her hutzpah! I hope she finds her place at the farm, and enjoys her life. I guess someone must have released her there. Maybe she will find a buddy. Good luck, I will be praying for her-as I do for all gods creatures, great and small.
