Celebrating 10 Years of this Blog
Ten years ago today, I posted my first item on a blog called "Birds, Bats and Beyond" for The Record.
I left my job as an environmental reporter there 15 months later but kept writing the blog.
It has been 10 years now but only seems like a decade. And that's a long, long time.
Here was the opening line…
