Allendale Scat I.D. Question

A visitor to Allendale found this scat in her parents' side yard and asks your help in identifying it.

(Hope no one finds it gross, but she really wants to know … I figured it was not worth suggesting to her that she place a quarter next to it so we'd have a sense of scale.)
