Following up on my recent column on bird-safe windows, along comes a fascinating story in a British paper about how the Minnesota Vikings went out of their way to make their new stadium dangerous for birds — despite National Audubon's best efforts. 

The San Francisco 49ers, in contrast, got their stadium right when its comes to sustainability.
