A Moth Mystery

IMG_0696Mimi Sabatino, a friend of this blog, passed along this photo and wondered what kind of moth it is.

I think I have photographed one at High Mountain, camouflaged on a tree, and I have a general idea of what it is.

Do you?

(And did I mention that our 5th Annual Moth Night is Sunday, July 31, at the Fell House, featuring S'Moths and S'Mores?)
