Matt Malwitz writes: "I have a pretty poor image of a vireo I took this morning at State Line. It was a brief encounter, lasting only a few seconds.

"My initial suspect was the common Red-eyed Vireo. Particularly a first-year bird as they can have some more color.

"After looking it over, it just looks too yellow. Could this be a Philadelphia Vireo?"
