A few weeks ago, a squirrel invaded the nesting box while Ace the screech owl was sleeping inside.

   I am happy to announce we have a screech owl living in Owlendale once again, at least occasionally.  

  November is here. In years past, that has meant male screech owls staking out their turf near my backyard.
