Nature Done Wright

My latest column for The Record is about all the wonderful migratory birds that will be soon be headed in our direction –if they're not already here.

(The Snowy Egret at left above and the Great Egret at right above migrate to New Jersey and elsewhere. The Jabiru in the middle of the photo does not.)

I also wrote about a nifty short novel with a misleading name: " A Guide to the Birds of East Africa."

I read it over vacation and loved it, even though it wasn't a guide to te birds of East Africa or a hard-boiled crime novel. I highly recommend it.
