                                                         Although I have been focused on the screech owl family, I still watch the wood duck box.

   Mrs. Wood Duck  flew in and hopped into her nesting box around 6:30 a.m. today, then left again around 8:30 a.m.

   I wish I knew what was going on in that box.

    You can bet that if there are ducklings in there, they will jump when I’m not home to see it.

   I can assure you that next spring I will have a camera in that nesting box.
