Deedee wrote simply: Mullein – Verbascum.

Diane wrote: Great mullein, Verbascum thapsus, introduced. A full-grown plant can take up an enormous amount of space. It is considered invasive in NJ. With its enormous height of 10 feet the second year and proliferation of seeds, it is best eliminated as soon as possible.
