    It’s a treasure hunt, I see a star!

  • OK, let’s put all our answers together: some nocturnal “indians” built a little camp fire and buried the remains. The only missing evidence is the beer cans. As for dead turtles, “It’s turtles all the way down”.

  • Vaguely warm, vaguely…. : -)

  • Judy Collier

The remains of dug up snapping turtle eggs??

  • sally teschon

    indians

  • A little warm, but not really….

  • Carol Flanagan

A partially buried upside down deceased turtle???

  • I wouldnt call it a nest…
Sharpness of photo not a big factor here…

  • Tom Burr

…or a nest? The book is not well indexed and the “print” is too fuzzy. Or maybe my reading level has not advanced to chapter books.

  • Right book, wrong chapter.

  • It looks like you’ve gone over the edge this time–or at least LOOKED over the edge–to photograph the “goose dock” area in front of Warden’s Watch. As for the formation in the center–did the geese start to build a camp fire?
