Saw this guy on a Common Milkweed by the Celery Farm yesterday.
What is it? (I think I know.)

Asiatic lady bug pupa. I had a bunch on my house this year. The larvae look fierce, as befits such a useful predator. Now the adults are eating aphids around my yard.
