Stephanie Swanzey photographed this Green Heron by the Warden's Watch this morning– just like the one that the Hour on the Towerites saw last year.

When I went to take a shot with my newly repaired zoom lens, I discovered that I did not have an SD card in either of the two camera slots. Just plain sad. So glad it wasn't a Prothonotary, or I'd be bitter.

Lesson learned, until the next time I forget. (Thanks, Stephanie!)
