Nature Done Wright
Incorporating the Celery Farm and Screech Owl Companion blogs
Celery Farm appearance Saturday
I will be at the Celery Farm in Allendale on Saturday morning to chat about this blog — "Birds, Bats and Beyond" — and other nature topics.
I will also be selling autographed advance copies of the two new children’s books I did with Photographer Jerry Barrack.
I’ll have a table set up near the Franklin Turnpike parking lot and entrance.
$1 from every sale will benefit the Raptor Trust, which tended to the red-shouldered hawk that died after crashing into a window in Allendale earlier this month.
Both books were photographed at the Celery Farm.
Even mute-swan haters might like the swan book. Or not.
But everyone but vegans will enjoy "Icky."
Also available: copies of "Duck Enough To Fly" and "In the Presence of Nature," better known as simply the Celery Farm book.
Plus a few surprises…
For more info on the Celery Farm, including directions and a map of the 107-acre refuge, click on the Fyke Nature Association’s link, above left.

The Fab Four Flick was downloaded by my computer with QuickTime (which I call SnailTime)about 3 times faster than the previous version–quite an improvement. Thanks.
