Nature Done Wright

Incorporating the Celery Farm and Screech Owl Companion blogs

May 5, 2007

Book appearance May 6

Tomorrow, May 6, I’ll be appearing at the Earth Day Fair at the Church of the Epiphany in Allendale.

I’ll be chatting with fair-goers about my favorite screech owl family, the Aces of Allendale, the Celery Farm, and the recent sad demise red-shouldered hawk.

What’s more, at the fair, book colleague Jerry Barrack and I will have advance copies for sale of our two new photography-driven nature books for kids and adults, both taken at the Celery Farm.

They are companions to "Duck Enough To Fly."

The event runs from noon to 4 p.m. and features information on solar living, green cleaning, hybrid cars and other environmentally friendly items.

There’ll also be children’s crafts, canvas grocery bags, plants, light bulbs, books and beautiful new Celery Farm T shirts.

The Church of the Epiphany is at 55 George Street in Allendale.
