Bonus Mystery: Palm Warbler?

_MG_2000 (2)Saw this guy near the feeder today. I figured it was a Palm Warbler in confusing fall plumage. What do you think?

    Yes. The ruddy cap helps with ID. But more importantly, was it bobbing its tail?
