About that Rare Pink-footed Goose

Want to learn all about a rare Pink-footed Goose that has been seen the last few days in Washington Township?

Jim O'Neill, The Record's ace environmental reporter, has a terrific story in today's editions about the unusual bird — and the birders that have been trying to add it to their life list.

The link is here. It includes a locator map. ) (Nice!)

I stopped by late in the day yesterday to see if I could see/photograph it, but it was nowhere to be found. As of 6:05 a.m., it was back in view.

For more information (and the latest info) on this bird in Washington Township, go to the link here and click on the various "Pink-footed Goose" links.
