A Cool Celery Farm Walk

DSCN7344
We had a nifty walk at the Celery Farm this a.m. No Moby Catbird but many Great Blue Herons, an Eastern Towhee, an DSCN7347American Kestrel and a Ruby-throated Hummingbird — 29 species in all.

Only problem was the Eastern Phoebe seen at by a couple of us at the end of the walk. It refused to stay on the path, and Marsh Warden Mike Limatola had left by then.

Also saw the groundhog on right. No wood was chucked in our presence.
