More on ‘Whither All the Titmice?’

JW tufted titmouse(1)Last week a reader commented that he hadn't seen many Tufted Titmice of late, and wondered if others had noticed the same as well.

In an informal survey, most respondents said they thought titmice numbers were down.

    Less than usual at our feeder too. And Bergen County Audubon noted lower than usual numbers of TT’s in December 2021 Christmas Bird Count.
