Rare Snow Eagle at the Celery Farm

IMG_8960Lynn MacKenzie took the first and perhaps only photo of an extremely rare snow eagle yesterday perched along the phrags of Lake Appert after the previous day's flurries.

For some reason, it disappeared when the day warmed up… Makes you wonder…
