Happened to look out the window, saw this sunrise, and ran outside in my pajamas to take a few shots before the sun took over. Got a preference?

Thanks! On Mount Desert island in Maine, I left my motel room to photograph the sunrise and mistakenly opened the door to the room next to mine upon my return. A lot of screaming (and apologizing by me). I bet those folks lock their motel door now…

Thanks for sharing! #1 – love the fiery, vibrant color – stunning! I once did the same thing a long time ago when I was at the Camelback Inn in Scottsdale Arizona on business (my first time visiting the state). The colors were so gorgeous I just stepped outside and then heard my room door slam shut/lock. I was in my PJs (luckily with a bath robe) and had to walk to the front desk to ask for help. They laughed and said it happens all the time, then drove me back to my room with a key. 🙂
