Feeding time
On today’s menu are a couple of feeding-time videos from Sunday night.
In the first one, Mrs. Ace — who spends a lot of time out hunting these nights — has delivered a feathered meal.
Alas, the owlets aren’t capable of feeding themselves, so they call out in raucous fashion for their mother to feed them.
In the second video, Mrs. Ace has returned and is tearing the meal into portions small enough for the owlets to eat.
The owlets definitely come in two varieties now, the strong and the weak.
The two weaker ones are going to have a tough time unless Mr. and Mrs. Ace provide plenty of food four all four mouths.
I looked at the screech-cam monitor this morning, and it looks like the morning after a really bad party.
Let’s hope they clean things up before the next show.

Great video as always…by what was for supper its no wonder songbirds go nuts when they hear a screech owl tape…Also helps to explain my daughter’s room, she must be part screech owl!
