Nature Done Wright

   I think the owlets are nearing the end of their stay at One Nest Box Lane.

     The reasons that  I think that are because they are so darned big these days, and because they are exercising their wings and jumping around like toddlers on Starbucks coffee sometimes.

   A lot of the time, though, they just sleep and chill out

    Above is a photo of the Fab Four sleeping this morning. They are very big and very gray — and getting harder to photograph for that reason.

   Below is an image of them when they were less than a week old. 

   The movie is from last night, with a glimpse of one stretching its wings.

   By the way, I just noticed that the blog says that this was posted around 4 a.m. It must be West Coast time, because it is just after 7 a.m. here.
