I have a story in The Record today about the disappointing foliage this fall.
From what I hear, the problem is in a lot of places in he Northeast, including the Berkshires.
The cause: that real long dry spell.

A cold snap might help, but chances are the color display this year just won’t be up to snuff.
With global warming comes extreme weather, too wet, too dry, too hot, too cold. It’s like the earth has a bipolar disorder.
There’s been no fall this far. I love fall so it’s depressing!
I’ll read the article now.
