Making tracks
On a trip around the Celery Farm early one morning recently, I got to see fox tracks.
Your best chance of seeing a fox itself at the Celery Farm is probably in the early morning when the lake is frozen.
They tend to be at the far end of the lake, and they do venture out from time to time.
You can tell they are fox tracks by the way the paw prints almost single file.
For more information on red foxes, click here.
I am told there is an occasional coyote at the farm as well.
I thought the fox tracks would be a good way to start the blog this year, since it’s all about following nature.
Here’s to a happy new year.

It’s also appropriate as a reminder that life is a journey. One step following another. I wonder where the path will lead in 2008?
