  To mark the first anniversary of my blog on Friday, I am going to post a nifty new three-minute video on the Celery Farm.
  Many of you know how the Celery Farm Natural Area in Allendale, but how many of you have heard  about the days when the sanctuary was farmland?
  On Friday, I hope to post a video of the poem that I posted a little while back.
  It features the poem (Download layers_of_memories-1.doc) read by its author, Patricia L. Cooper, plus archival photos of the celery farms of Allendale, photos by Jerry Barrack, and a wonderful soundtrack by my favorite old-time music group, the Hunger Mountain Boys.   You’ll never see the Celery Farm with quite the same eyes again…
