In less than a week — on Tuesday November 11, at 7 p.m. — the Allendale Planning Board will hold a special meeting to consider a plan to demolish the historic Fell House across the Franklin Turnpike from the Celery Farm.
   In place of the stately home, the developer is trying to build 11 townhomes on less than three acres –and send all the run-off into the Celery Farm.
   The 107-acre natural area floods already, as you can see from a recently posted video on my wife's blog.
