Ace birder Fred Weber saw a mink at the Celery Farm on Friday.
  This is the second known sighting since 2000 — in 2001 Jerry Barrack and Seymour Drakes saw one catch a carp. Jerry took photos of said mink.
   Mink look like weasels with white patches under their chins.
   If you have a verified mink sighting that never got recorded, holler. We need to know these things.
