Rob Fanning Report 081309

Rob sez: Very slow morning–but it was salvaged by a PRAIRIE WARBLER along No
Name Culvert–my earliest fall record for the CF (prev. 8/24/99) A
REDSTART was near it as well.
Last evening at dusk there was a
single NIGHTHAWK coursing over the lake, and I sas another in Franklin
lakes earlier. Also last evening an OSPREY made an appearance around
7:40 PM–don't think I've ever seen one so late in the day at the CF.
