    We know some people freak out at the sight of snakes, even little guys like this guy, so you'll have to keep reading to see this Monday Morning Mystery. Sorry for the blur — pic was taken with a point-and-shoot.

    Nice! Adds one more snake species to the CF. Anyone know of any others besides this, the Garter and Northern Water?

    A Northern Brown Snake I believe. (Storeria dekayi dekayi) It is a friend of gardeners as it eats slugs!
