    I'm seeing Black-capped Chickadees setting up house all over the Celery Farm, including this lop-sided old bird box in my backyard. 

    Chickadees have been flying in and out at a wacky pace for a couple of weeks now. I think something is up.

   Can't wait to photograph the nest after they leave — last time, they left an amazing wall-to-wall carpet of a nest…
