    We had a great turnout and great weather for our First-Saturday-of-the-Month walk at the Celery Farm.

   Walk leaders Mike Limatola and Tom Burr helped everyone identify all sorts of plants and birds. 

   We had a total of 21 people on the walk, a very genial group who was kind enough to laugh at our so-called jokes.

  Bird highlights included Northern Flicker (thanks, Nancy!), Belted Kingfisher, Chimney Swift, Great Blue Heron, Wood Duck and Great Egret.
